Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and refunds are handled when using NanoBatcher (“NanoBatcher”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By purchasing or using a paid plan, you agree to this policy.


1. No Refund Policy

NanoBatcher does not offer refunds.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • subscription fees
  • partial usage
  • unused time
  • failed or unsatisfactory results
  • accidental purchases
  • canceled accounts

This applies to all plans, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.


2. Free Plans & Trials

If a free plan or trial is offered:

  • it is provided so you can evaluate the service before upgrading
  • no payment is required during the free period
  • upgrading to a paid plan means you accept the no-refund policy

We strongly encourage users to test the service on a free plan before purchasing.


3. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the selected plan).

By subscribing, you authorize NanoBatcher to:

  • charge the payment method on file
  • automatically renew your subscription unless canceled

Billing cycles begin on the date of purchase.


4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds or credits are issued for unused time

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • access to paid features may be temporarily suspended
  • we may retry charging your payment method
  • continued failure may result in account downgrade or suspension

NanoBatcher is not responsible for service interruptions caused by failed payments.


6. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Paid plans may include usage limits such as:

  • number of batch runs
  • maximum rows per CSV
  • concurrency limits

Exceeding plan limits does not entitle you to a refund.

NanoBatcher reserves the right to:

  • enforce limits
  • throttle usage
  • suspend abusive or excessive use

7. Service Availability

NanoBatcher is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Temporary outages, maintenance, third-party API issues, or performance limitations do not qualify for refunds or credits.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • immediate account suspension
  • permanent termination of service
  • loss of access to generated content

We encourage users to contact support before initiating a dispute.


9. Changes to Pricing or Plans

NanoBatcher may update pricing or plan features from time to time.

  • Changes will not affect the current billing period
  • Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated pricing
